Accessibility Statement

We want Equipment On Call to be usable by everyone who needs to rent or list equipment, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation or magnification.

What we do

• Semantic page structure with a single main heading per page and labelled landmarks.
• Keyboard-operable navigation, forms and dialogs, with visible focus indicators.
• Form fields with associated labels and clear error messages.
• Colour contrast targeted at WCAG 2.1 AA for text and interactive elements.
• Responsive layouts that work down to small mobile screens without horizontal scrolling.

Known limitations

This is an actively developing product. Some newer operational workspaces have not yet been audited end to end with assistive technology, and some data-dense tables are easier to use on a larger screen.

Reporting a barrier

If something on the platform blocks you, email support@equipmentoncall.com with the page and what happened. We treat accessibility barriers as defects and prioritise them accordingly.
